7. What about the warranty on your charging points?

Our Wallbox charging points come with a standard 2-year warranty. For Easee charging points, we offer a 3-year warranty, and for Zaptec charging points, a 5-year warranty. For more information, please contact our customer service.

8. Can I return my charging point?

Yes, all our charging points are suitable for outdoor use. They are waterproof and resistant to extreme temperatures.

4. Can I install my charging station myself?

We recommend having your charging station installed by a certified installer to ensure the installation is safe and professional. On our website, we offer the option to choose installation through our installation partner.
