Complaints

It can always happen that something doesn’t go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first inform us of any complaints by emailing info@slimmelaadpunt.nl. If this does not lead to a resolution, you can submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

Additionally, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
